Recommended Processing Procedures
DTR-5925HGV can be compounded using internal mixers or two-roll mills with standard fillers and typical fluoroelastomer formulation ingredients. All dry ingredients should be blended before adding to the rubber solid. Full cooling should be maintained during compounding, and the compound should be cooled rapidly after mixing.
